CNC, FIBER LASER, C02 Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC, Fiber Laser, and CO₂ Laser Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment, fiber laser cutting machines, and CO₂ laser systems to produce high-quality parts according to specifications while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

• Set up and operate CNC machines, fiber laser cutters, and CO₂ laser cutting/engraving equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, work orders, and CAD files.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Verify machine settings, tooling, and material specifications before production runs.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using measuring tools and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records, job tracking, and material usage documentation.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and machine cleaning.

• Meet production schedules and quality objectives.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC, fiber laser, or CO₂ laser machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with machine control software.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
