Social Media Content Creator

Overview

Ivory Homes, Utah’s #1 Home builder, seeks a full-time Social Media Content Creator to join its outstanding marketing team. This role will create engaging content across multiple social media platforms, build our brand presence, and connect with our audience through compelling storytelling and visuals.

• Develop, create, and publish original content for social media platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, and You Tube
• Strong storytelling ability, visual aesthetic, and copywriting skills
• Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms
• Foster community growth and engagement through authentic interactions
• Collaborate with followers, influencers, and brand partners
• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure content performance
• Provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and growth
• Use data insights to refine content strategy and improve results
• A/B test different content formats and posting strategies
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, values, and visual identity
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels
• Collaborate with marketing team on integrated campaigns

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience creating content for social media platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Photography, or related field
• Proven portfolio demonstrating successful social media content and campaigns
• Strong writing skills with attention to detail and brand voice
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
• Experience with video editing and basic photography
• Understanding of social media analytics and platform insights
• Experience with social media management tools
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
• Experience with paid social media advertising
• Familiarity with current social media algorithms and best practices
• Graphic design skills a plus
• Ability to travel throughout the workday up to 70%
