We're looking for a creative, motivated intern who wants hands‑on marketing experience while helping share the story of an iconic Western‑inspired fashion brand.
What You’ll DoAs our Social Media & Content Creation Intern, you'll play an active role in building our online presence by creating engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Create original photo, video, and graphic content for Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok.
- Film and edit short‑form videos (Reels, Tik Toks, Shorts)
- Design graphics and social media posts using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Write compelling captions that reflect the Rhonda Stark Designs brand voice
- Research current fashion, Western, and luxury lifestyle trends
- Assist with planning and maintaining a social media content calendar
Photograph products and lifestyle content when needed - Organize user‑generated content and influencer assets
- Monitor engagement and identify opportunities for audience growth
- Track basic social media analytics and provide recommendations
- Passionate about fashion, social media, and storytelling
- Creative with a strong eye for aesthetics and branding
- Comfortable creating short‑form video content
- Familiar with Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook
- Experienced with Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Express, or similar editing software
- Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
- Self‑motivated and eager to learn
- Photography or videography experience is a plus
This internship is designed to provide meaningful, hands‑on experience.
- Real‑world experience managing social media for an established fashion brand
- Build a professional portfolio with content used by a real business
- Mentorship and feedback from an experienced marketing team
- Experience in fashion marketing, content creation, and brand development
- Professional references and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion
