• Develop strong relationships with care managers
• Be comfortable and confident providing some in‑home, hands‑on nursing tasks including tasks such as:
• Medication Box/Machine Set up and refill visits
• Wound Care
• Catheterizations
• PICC dressing changes and/or flushes

• LPN or RN degree
• Positive attitude with team‑player mindset
• Excellent communication skills (English proficiency encouraged)
• Compassionate personality
• Patient, kind, and have a heart for working with senior adults
• Able to use multiple types of technology
• Drug screen and background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
