Nurse Practitioner Urology

About this role:

As a Nurse Practitioner in Urology, you will join a collaborative team of healthcare professionals committed to providing high-quality care and an excellent patient experience. In this role, youll work alongside three urologists and four APPs to provide full-time outpatient urology care for an adult patient population, with a strong focus on womens urologic health, recurrent UTI care, catheter education, urodynamics, and clinic-based procedures such as cystoscopies, as appropriate.

Youll support an established adult patient panel and help improve access for patients with womens urologic health needs.

• Youll practice at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah.
• The preferred schedule is four 10-hour days, Tuesday-Friday: flexible with a Monday-Friday clinic schedule if preferred.
• This is a strictly outpatient, clinic-based role with no OR responsibilities.
• Anticipated volume: 10-12 patients per day.
• Outpatient clinic call will be shared by the APP team and is anticipated to be 1:4, depending on coverage at the time of hire
• This position includes relocation assistance, if applicable.

What youll bring

• APRN degree from an accredited program
• AANP or ANCC certification
• Active, unobstructed Utah license, or the ability to obtain one
• BLS certification and DEA
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
• Three years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Womens Health or Urology

Murray is centrally located in the Salt Lake Valley, about 8 miles south of Salt Lake City. With a population of approximately 50,000, Murray offers its own school district, strong educational options, low crime, and a friendly community atmosphere.
