Agency Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) opportunities with RMCare Talent Solutions
What You’ll Do- Provide direct patient care and monitor resident conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition
- Assist with assessments and care planning
- Document care accurately in electronic medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Provide wound care and nursing procedures within scope of practice
- Educate residents, patients, and families on care plans and treatments

Qualifications- A Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- Current unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in practicing state.
- Current CPR certification.
- Prior experience in long-term care and/or home health and hospice is preferred but not required.
