What You'll DoAs a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll play an important role in providing quality care and supporting positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

Provide direct patient care and monitor resident conditions

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition

Assist with assessments and care planning

Document care accurately in electronic medical records

Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary care teams

Provide wound care and nursing procedures within scope of practice

Educate residents, patients, and families on care plans and treatments

Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment

Required Qualifications A Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.

Current unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in practicing state.

Current CPR certification.

Prior experience in long-term care and/or home health and hospice is preferred but not required.

Food Handler Permit as required
