Rocky Mountain Care Hospice is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personalized, comfort-focused care to hospice patients. Our team is committed to treating every patient with dignity, respect, and exceptional care.
What You’ll Do- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Help with positioning, transfers, mobility, and comfort needs
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in patients' homes or care settings
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely
- Support patients and families with kindness, dignity, and respect
- Follow the patient’s individualized hospice plan of care
What We’re Looking For
- Current CNA certification in good standing
- CPR/BLS certification as required
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Hospice, home health, skilled nursing, or senior care experience is a plus
