Looking for RN work in Salt Lake City?
What You’ll Do- Complete hospice nursing visits and comprehensive patient assessments
- Provide skilled nursing and comfort-focused care
- Monitor changes in condition and respond to patient needs
- Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers
- Coordinate care with our interdisciplinary hospice team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Make independent clinical decisions within your scope of practice
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid to practice in Utah
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Comfortable using electronic documentation and email
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional end-of-life care
- Hospice, home health, or related nursing experience preferred
