At Via 313, our Back of House Team Members are the heart of the kitchen. From prepping fresh ingredients and building our Detroit-style pizzas to keeping the kitchen clean, stocked, and ready to rock, you'll work alongside a team that takes pride in serving great food every shift.

• No previous kitchen or restaurant experience required—we'll teach you!
• Must be reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable following recipes, procedures, and food safety standards
• Strong attention to quality, cleanliness, and consistency
• Ability to communicate and work well with fellow team members
• Valid Utah Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain within the required timeframe)

Starting Pay: $15–$20/hour
Starting pay may vary based on experience and location.

Every shift in the Via kitchen is a team effort—and there's always something happening.

As a Via 313 BOH Team Member, you'll:

• Prepare and cook our Detroit-style pizzas and other menu items according to Via 313 recipes and standards
• Prep fresh ingredients and make sure your station is stocked and ready for service
• Build every pizza with care, consistency, and the right portions
• Check ingredients for quality and freshness and properly rotate and store food
• Work different kitchen stations and learn new skills along the way
• Keep food preparation areas, equipment, and kitchen stations clean and sanitary
• Follow proper cooking temperatures, food handling procedures, and food safety standards
• Complete opening, closing, and kitchen cleaning responsibilities
• Jump in wherever your team needs you during a busy shift
• Help make sure every pizza leaving our kitchen is something we're proud to serve
