The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in daily store operations, team development, and achieving sales targets. Duties include supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer experience, overseeing inventory and merchandising, and maintaining store standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Murray, UT, requiring leadership skills and a strong customer-focused approach.
Qualifications- Team management, leadership, and coaching skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Inventory management and merchandising experience
- Proficiency in sales processes and meeting sales goals
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage daily operations
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office tools, POS systems)
- Adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous retail or management experience is a plus
