Provide outstanding customer service in Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex;
Build lasting client relationships through consultative selling and clienteling;
Promote loyalty and warranty programs and support inventory and fulfillment;
Maintain presentation and replenishment of merchandise; ensure stock accuracy;
Drive sales and achieve daily/shift goals using POS tools and participate in events
