Job Summary
As a Stock Supervisor, you'll oversee back‑of‑house operations: receiving, shipping, inventory management, stockroom organization and standards, and markdown/markup execution. You’ll ensure efficient product intake and replenishment on the sales floor, package orders for customers, and contribute to an inclusive work environment focused on both the product and the customer.
What You’ll Do- Manage stock room operations by overseeing staffing, supply inventory, maintenance, and equipment.
- Support the store team to exceed selling and service expectations for customers.
- Ensure the store meets back‑of‑house standards in replenishment, cleanliness, and safety.
- Adeptly learn and teach shipment systems while complying with merchandise handling guidelines.
- Demonstrate leadership by providing direction to associates and fostering excellent communication with Inventory Control and management.
- At least 18 years old.

- Can bend, reach, stretch for product, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Hourly Range: $16.50 – $20.50
