Fabletics is currently looking for a Part‑Time Sales Lead for our location at Fashion Place in Murray, UT.

As the Sales Lead, you will provide a best‑in‑class retail customer experience and support in sales & operations. Using cutting‑edge technology, you will help customers shop seamlessly between our website and retail store. Working alongside the Store Manager, store supervisors, and associates, you’ll help customers live their passion. The right candidate is a self‑motivated, energetic individual who is comfortable engaging the public and contributing to a tight‑knit group working toward aggressive goals.

This position reports to the Store Manager.

• Embody our culture and values and provide insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Actively engage customers with knowledge of fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback around our Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Co‑ordinate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to increase overall customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Actively provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required; boxes may weigh 10‑30 lbs.

• At least 1 year of retail work experience; prior retail management is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator with ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexible work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Requires constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, standing; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders.
