Job Overview

Ensures area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.

Provides member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging members and identifying member needs, assisting members with purchasing decisions, and locating merchandise.

Maintains self‑checkout area, resolves member issues, promotes Sam's Club products, and processes member purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.

Assists with securing and safeguarding club assets by observing potential criminal activity, maintaining logs, executing emergency response procedures, and ensuring compliance with security and safety practices.

Trains Member Frontline Service associates on company processes, new technology, program rollouts, and continuous learning opportunities.

Complies with policies, procedures, ethics, and applies the Open Door Policy.

Completes work assignments by using policies, data, resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers; identifies priorities; carries out tasks and communicates progress.

Minimum Qualifications:

Retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) and working with mobile retail applications.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00*.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply.
