Job Overview

As a Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you play an essential role in supporting store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. From receiving and organizing merchandise to picking, packing, and processing trailers, retrieving orders from back‑of‑house storage, and delivering curbside pickups, you monitor alerts to ensure Ready‑on‑Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In‑Store (BOPS) orders.

You also play a key part in customer interactions—greeting shoppers warmly, resolving issues, and delivering orders curbside with care. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to operational excellence directly impact customer satisfaction and overall store performance.

• Begin each day energized, review goals, learn about new products, and prepare the store for success.
• Engage customers warmly, actively listen, and resolve issues on the floor, during curbside pickups, or with timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a shoppable space by restoring floor and fitting rooms, updating signage and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves.
• Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration to serve customers and communities.
• Strive to improve every day, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Effective communication with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Meeting daily sales goal challenges.

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two continuous hours, lifting at least 50 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level.
• Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and technology, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions.

Full‑time colleagues typically work 30+ hours per week. Part‑time colleagues typically work 12‑24 hours per week. All schedules include weekend shifts. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability.
