Retail Part Time Store Associate; Fashion Place - Murray, UT

Job Description

Fabletics Retail is currently looking for a Part‑Time Store Associate for our Fabletics Retail Store at Fashion Place in Murray, UT. This role focuses on delivering a best‑in‑class retail shopping experience and bridging customers’ online and in‑store journeys through innovative technology.

Position reports to the Store Manager.

• Embody our culture and values, providing customers with insights on how to live their passion.
• Actively engage customers on the fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve the overall customer experience.
• Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines to create an easy, valuable shopping journey.
• Provide and nurture feedback to the Store Manager, continuously improving the business.
• Strive for excellence, meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain safety and security standards, identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes as required; boxes may weigh 10‑30 lbs.

• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to socialize with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
• Teamwork ability, thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator, able to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours; open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing may be required.
