Retail Assistant Store Manager, Fabletics; Fashion Place - Murray, UT

Fabletics is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our retail store at Fashion Place in Murray, UT. This role reports to the Store Manager and is an integral leader in shaping an exceptional retail experience.

• Support the Store Manager and peer Supervisor in training store associates and preparing them to actively engage customers.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store, including store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Support and manage the store’s daily activities to ensure alignment with company and store goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve the overall customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy‑to‑shop environment and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Actively provide feedback from all levels of the organization to continuously improve the business.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Adhere to all safety and security standards, identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes may weigh 10–30 lbs).

• Minimum 1 year of management experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and partners inside and outside of the store.
• Experience working with large teams and strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and ability to take initiative when opportunity presents itself.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator, and ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
