Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom;
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders;
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently;
Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store;
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks;
Monitor adherence to posted work schedules and clock-in/out per policy;
Perform store opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, and cash handling deposits;
Secure building, arming/disarming alarms, and securing delivery vehicles
