Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes and organization? Our Bakery/Packager associates prepare fresh baked items daily for our members through follow recipes and wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. Times may require juggling several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders.

It’s hard work, but our bakery team finds it rewarding, especially as part of a large team with a common goal: happy, satisfied members.

  Prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs, operating equipment, following recipes, wrapping, labeling, storing merchandise, ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, cold chain, inventory management, and equipment upkeep.

  Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.

  Commit to operational excellence, maintain work area, ensure quality and date‑control standards, eliminate waste, assist members with purchasing decisions, and package, label, and store merchandise properly.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must successfully complete all required job training and assessments within the prescribed time period if hired.

Prior experience in a bakery or food‑service setting is an advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to use digital tools are preferred.
