Retail Part Time Sales Lead, Fabletics; Fashion Place - Murray, UT

Fabletics is currently looking for a Part‑Time Sales Lead for our location at Fashion Place in Murray, UT.

As the Sales Lead, you will be responsible for providing a best‑in‑class retail store customer experience and supporting Sales & Operations. Using cutting‑edge technology, you will enable customers to shop seamlessly between our website and retail stores. Working alongside the Store Manager, store supervisors, and a team of highly personable associates, you’ll help our customers live their passion. The right candidate will be self‑motivated, highly energetic, and comfortable engaging the public.

You will join a tight‑knit group of key contributors who are actively working together to achieve aggressive goals and meet timelines to drive the business forward. This position reports to the Store Manager.

• Embody the company culture and values by providing customers with insights on how to live their passion.
• Actively engage customers on the fabrics, features, fit, and function of our product.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback regarding the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (e.g., Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Coordinate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance overall customer experience.
• Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Participate actively in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence by meeting or exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards and identify, communicate, and resolve potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes as required; boxes may weigh between 10–30lb.

• At least one year of work experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active‑lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy pursuits.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Ability to work effectively with large teams.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the initiative to act when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator, and ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing may be required.
