Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting the company’s products and services;
Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts;
Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices;
Secure items until Members arrive and follow up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs;
Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers and partners to meet priorities and adapt to change.
