Ensures area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.

• Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging members, and identifying member needs.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and handling self-checkout transactions including payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Secure and safeguard company assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity, maintaining paperwork, logs, and other required documentation, and executing emergency response procedures.
• Assist in training Member Frontline Service associates on company processes, new technology, tool functionality, and program rollouts.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards, including the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners, identifying deadlines and expectations, and adapting to improvement opportunities.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
