Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. This role blends customer service, project coordination, sales, and quality assurance. • Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial lawn care clients
• Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships
• Conduct property visits to ensure service quality and identify opportunities for improvement
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding service schedules, recommendations, and follow-ups
• Prepare estimates and proposals for additional services or enhancements
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure services are completed on time and to company standards
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Track account performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM or scheduling software

• Experience in account management, customer service, landscaping, lawn care, or related field (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working outdoors for site visits as needed
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Proficiency with CRM or scheduling software is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus
