We have five dedicated application engineers on staff who provide pre‑sales assistance, post‑sales installation support, certified training, hands‑on workshops and troubleshooting. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team, supporting the Utah and southern Idaho territories. This role is perfect for someone with a competitive drive, a results‑oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions. Success in this role requires innovation, creativity, problem‑solving, and strong relationship‑building skills.

• Sales:
  • Close sales and secure orders for TMMI products.
  • Coordinate sales activities for assigned accounts.
  • Enter data consistently and accurately into CRM (Salesforce).
  • Develop and execute a market penetration plan to increase client base and revenue.
• Business Development:
  • Identify and acquire new customers for TMMI.
  • Conduct cold‑calling and set appointments with key contacts.
  • Focus on relationship building, lead generation, and solution selling.
  • Generate new business leads through various channels (Linked In, cold‑calling, etc.).
  • Stay informed on emerging and existing industrial IoT technology.

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in industrial automation or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect quickly with others.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and self‑motivation.
• Proficient with general computer applications.

• Location:
  
  Murray, UT office.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday with flexibility within core working hours.
• Infrequent travel required.
• Mileage for customer visits reimbursed through monthly expense reports.
• Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $200,000 annually.
• Benefits: LTD and Life insurance, Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and 401(k) with employer match.

This is a full‑time position offering a combination of base salary and performance‑based bonuses, paid quarterly.
