Three Brothers Remodeling LLC is looking for sales representatives to join our team in our Salt Lake Division out of Murray. This salesperson will drive to warm leads around the surrounding valley. The opportunity comes from different lead sources like the internet and outside marketing. The sales representative will professionally engage prospective customers to potentially sell our product and/or services.

The ideal candidate is results‑driven, highly competitive, loves conversing and customer acquisition, and is passionate about providing a great product for customers while making life‑changing income.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell Three Brothers products and services.
  • Present features, value, and benefits with key propositions to prospective customers.
  • Develop relationships and build rapport with prospects to close more sales and promote customer retention.
  • Meet and exceed targets, achieving monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for bonus earnings on top of sales commissions.
  • Be passionate about continual growth, closing skills, products, and rebuttals.
Requirements
  • Prefer 1–2 years of experience selling a product or service.
  • High school diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
  • Excellent ability to build relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals.
  • Excellent communication, selling, and negotiating skills.
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
