We are currently hiring on behalf of an innovative, high-growth client specializing in advanced, high-tech products for the construction industry. This position offers the opportunity to drive technological adoption and improve efficiency on job sites nationwide.
Position SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Director to guide our client's sales strategy and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the construction industry, a passion for technology, and the ability to develop high-performing sales teams. You will be responsible for driving revenue by selling advanced construction products, building strategic partnerships, and increasing market share.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Manage, mentor, and expand the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with contractors, engineering firms, and developers.
- Demonstrate technical product knowledge and articulate the value proposition of our client's high-tech solutions.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
- Travel to meet with prospective clients and attend industry trade shows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the construction or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel.
- Base Salary: $85,000 per year.
