Position Overview

Three Brothers Remodeling LLC is looking for sales representatives to join our team in our Salt Lake Division out of Murray. This salesperson will drive to warm leads around the surrounding valley. Opportunities come from different lead sources including the internet, canvassing, radio, tv, and outside marketing.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly competitive
, and loves conversing and customer acquisition. We are looking for someone passionate about providing a great product for customers while earning life-changing income.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell Three Brothers' products and services — professionally present features, value, and benefits with key propositions to prospective customers.
  • Develop relationships — build rapport while communicating with prospects to close more sales and promote customer retention.
  • Meet and exceed targets — achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for extra incentive tier bonus earnings on top of sales commissions.
  • Demonstrate a passion for continual growth in closing skills, product knowledge, and rebuttals.
Requirements
  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience selling a product or service.
  • High school diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
  • Excellent ability to build relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals.
  • Strong skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating.
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
