Inside Salesperson​/Fill-in Driver

Ensign Wholesale Flower Market is looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Full-Time Sales & Delivery Associate to join our growing team. This position combines inside sales responsibilities with occasional route delivery driving. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced floral environment, building customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude.

Assist customers with flower and floral supply purchases

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Recommend products and upsell seasonal floral items

Process sales orders accurately and efficiently

Help maintain showroom cleanliness and product organization

Support inventory stocking and product rotation

Fill in on delivery routes when needed

Load and unload floral products safely and efficiently

Ensure timely and professional deliveries to customers

Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone

Work collaboratively with the sales and warehouse team

Assist during busy floral holidays and peak seasons

Floral industry knowledge is a plus

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to lift boxes and work in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Comfortable driving delivery vehicles when needed
