Raptor Mining is looking for motivated, self-driven Sales Representatives to support continued growth throughout Utah and the Western U.S. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in mining, aggregate, construction, earthmoving, wear products, heavy equipment, or industrial sales.
We are looking for people who understand the industry, know how to build relationships in the field, and can help customers solve real operational problems, not just sell parts.
This role offers a high level of autonomy, direct customer interaction, and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team supporting some of the largest operations in the region.
Responsibilities- Promote and support Raptor Mining wear products and engineered solutions
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, site visits, networking, and relationship building
- Manage and grow an established customer base
- Prepare and deliver quotes to customers in mining, aggregate, and heavy equipment industries
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution
- Conduct customer visits, inspections, and product support in the field
- Maintain detailed reporting on customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities
- Participate in sales meetings and production planning meetings
- Provide product training and technical support to customers as needed
- Travel throughout Utah and surrounding Western states as required
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service
- Previous experience in mining, aggregate, heavy equipment, industrial sales, construction, or wear products preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in both office and field environments
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to travel regularly
