Overview

EMI Health is looking for a highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team. This position plays an important role in keeping projects, communications, and client activities running smoothly. If you enjoy coordinating details, staying organized, and helping a team succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

Location and Schedule

Location: Murray, Utah
Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Hours: Part-Time, 20–30 hours per week

What You ll Do
  • Support new group onboarding and renewals
  • Assist with RFP (Request for Proposal) preparation
  • Coordinate marketing materials, mailings, and vendor communications
  • Maintain sales and marketing databases and tracking tools
  • Create lists and reports for marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate production and distribution of sales and marketing materials
  • Assist with enrollment meetings, events, and promotions
  • Coordinate shipping, packaging, and travel logistics
  • Work with internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
  • Support additional sales and marketing projects as needed
Qualifications Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience in the medical, dental, or insurance industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred
  • Experience with group health or employee benefit plans
  • Utah insurance license, or willingness to obtain one
