Full-Time Auto Buyer Commission-Based | Self-Motivated Professionals Wanted

We specialize in unique trucks and are seeking a driven, full-time Auto Buyer with strong vehicle knowledge to source and acquire distinctive, high-quality vehicles for our inventory. This is a commission-based role ideal for self-starters who thrive on results and know the truck market inside and out.

• Locate, evaluate, and purchase unique and specialty trucks from private sellers, dealers, and other sources
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections, assess condition, market value, and potential profitability
• Negotiate purchase prices to maximize margins
• Maintain strong knowledge of current market trends, pricing, and values for unique and specialty trucks
• Coordinate logistics, paperwork, and transportation as needed
• Meet or exceed purchasing targets consistently

• Solid knowledge of automobiles with a strong focus on trucks (makes, models, years, common issues, values, and market demand for unique/specialty trucks)
• Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented mindset
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule that may include evenings or weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Prior experience in auto buying, truck sales, auctions, or related fields is a plus (but not required for the right candidate)

This is a commission-based position. High performers who consistently source profitable unique trucks can earn strong income. Exact commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
