Overview

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, specializing in automotive painting and restoration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto painting, body repair, and customer service. This role involves preparing vehicles for painting, applying paint using various techniques, and ensuring high-quality finishes that meet customer expectations.

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as needed.
• Apply paint using airless paint spraying techniques to achieve a smooth and even finish.
• Perform buffing and polishing to enhance the appearance of painted surfaces.
• Conduct auto body repairs as necessary to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition before painting.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the painting process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist with heavy lifting of vehicle parts and equipment as required.

• Proven experience in auto painting, with a strong portfolio of completed work preferred.
• Knowledge of auto glass installation and vehicle maintenance is a plus.
• Familiarity with welding techniques is beneficial for body repair tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
