Position Overview
We are hiring a Landscape Installer who will work directly with the owner to manage and execute all aspects of landscape projects. This role requires someone with a wide-ranging skill set in landscape installations
, including planting, irrigation/sprinkler systems, and hardscape construction. It requires someone who is experienced enough to complete installations with little to no training from the owner.
Additionally, you’ll play a key role in developing the services side of the business by hiring, training, and managing workers for maintenance projects such as:
- Lawn maintenance & mowing
- Tree & shrub pruning
- General landscape cleanups
For now, this will be a solo full-time position
, assisted by 1099 workers as needed. As the company grows, you will be instrumental in building a skilled team and overseeing projects efficiently.
- Lead landscape installations – planting, irrigation, and hardscapes
- Train and oversee 1099 workers as needed for landscape services
- Assist in hiring & training future full-time employees as we grow
- Ensure high-quality work and efficiency on all projects
- Communicate with the owner to plan and complete jobs on time
Who We’re Looking For:
- Highly Skilled & Independent – You can execute landscape installations from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
- Proven experience, min 5 years, in landscape installation (planting, sprinklers, hardscapes, etc)
- Ability to train and lead others in landscape services (mowing, pruning, cleanups)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a leader when needed
- Bilingual English / Spanish a plus but not required
