Mountain Side Plumbing is hiring both Journeyman Plumbers (Crew Leaders) and Apprentice Plumbers to support our growing operations across Utah. For over 30 years, we’ve been a trusted name working with top homebuilders and residential customers, delivering high-quality plumbing in new construction, remodels, and service.

• Lead crews on installs, repipes, remodels, and service work
• Read blueprints and ensure code compliance
• Train and mentor apprentices
• Communicate with builders, contractors, and customers
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

• Assist with installations, repairs, and daily job site tasks
• Learn blueprint reading and plumbing systems
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and work areas
• Follow safety standards and plumbing codes
• Accurately track time and job details

• Utah Journeyman Plumbing License (Required)
• 4+ years plumbing experience
• Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean record

• High School Diploma
• Enrolled (or willing to enroll) in a Utah plumbing program
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Pay: $19.00 – $38.00 per hour (DOE)
• Full-time, on-the-road positions
