QualificationsThis is a hands on, tool belt on, lead position with ability to take charge of project and
work with property owners, property managers, subcontractors and workmen.
Some heavy lifting required.
Need good time management/organizational skills and quality/production oriented.
Must be punctual and dependable.
Applicant needs reliable transportation, valid driver's license with clean driving record (for company vehicles) and no background issues.
Minimum age is 25 years due to company vehicle insurance requirements.
Pay based on experience and skills.
Additional InformationThis job for the most part is inside commercial buildings with controlled atmospheres (heated and cooled) and not exposed to the weather. No smoking on job sites or in company vehicles.
Company work van will be supplied for qualified individual.
We will cover your pre-employment physical exam and drug testing.
