Our client, a leading property management organization, is seeking a Facilities Technician Helper to join their team. As a Facilities Technician Helper, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting property operations and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, dependability, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician
Location: Murray, UT
Pay Range:$22-$24 DOE
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
What's the Job?- Assist senior technicians with routine maintenance and repairs
- Support building upkeep including replacing batteries and minor repairs
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC support tasks
- Help with indoor and outdoor property maintenance activities
- Follow safety procedures and support daily work order completion
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic familiarity with hand tools preferred
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors and indoors
- Paid on-the-job training to develop valuable skills
- Stable Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call requirements
