• Analyzes, designs, and develops Open Text Exstream applications using Open Text Exstream Design Manager to generate customer communication forms.
• Configures and defines the Open Text Exstream Dialogue Product Suite, developing forms, letters, and real‑time business intelligence reports that streamline and automate customer communication.
• Integrates Exstream applications with Facets database (Oracle) and Open Text Exstream integration service APIs.
• Coding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs; enhancing existing programs to meet user needs.
• Communicates project status, direction, and user needs to team members and development lead to foster cooperation.
• Assists with software testing through test validation and analysis.
• Identifies and resolves software system operating problems to ensure business continuity.
• Contributes to high‑level system architecture documents and detailed design specifications for system/application development.
• Provides estimates for work required based on user requirements.
• Maintains a basic understanding of industry application development best practices, tools, programming languages, and techniques.
• Keeps current with new software development in the IT industry and contributes to the development and implementation of organizational and departmental standards and methodologies.
• Utilizes a variety of software engineering concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Knowledge of Open Text Exstream design and application development.
• Knowledge of Exstream Design Manager & Exstream Designer Tool.
• Knowledge of Open Text Exstream Cloud Native version.
• Knowledge of Open Text Communication Server Setup.
• Knowledge of Open Text Comm Builder and Control Center Activities.
• Knowledge of Python scripting, C#, .NET, and SQL programming.
• Knowledge of Empower applications setup and fulfillment batch processing.
• Knowledge of job schedulers, CI/CD processes.
