Local Delivery Driver

Robert I. Merrill Company, a supplier in commercial doors & hardware, is looking for full-time and or part-time delivery drivers to join our team in our growing Door Division. Must have a good attitude and good driving record.

This is also a great opportunity for college students that need a flexible schedule.

• Deliver door materials in a safe and timely manner
• Load and unload building materials at multiple job sites locally
• Confirm inventory load on truck prior to delivery. Obtain proper paperwork after each delivery.
• Ensure load is properly and safely tied down.
• Ensure smooth, on-time delivery of products and building material and place material where customers direct.

• Must have a valid Driver’s License and a good driving history.
• Friendly, positive attitude.
• Must be able to attain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to lift to 75+ pounds.
• Ability to handle and resolve difficult situations that may arise during delivery.
• CDL is not required.
