Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate

Malibu Parts is seeking help to deliver a great fulfillment experience. The ideal candidate would work full‑time, on location at our Murray warehouse, and have a strong interest or background in supply chain, specifically warehouse operations and fulfillment.

• Receive, unpack, count and put away products
• Count inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
• Work w/logistics providers to resolve shipping errors
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse
• Fulfill orders on a daily basis. This includes picking, packing, and shipping
• Support the COO and Director of Fulfillment in other warehouse, inventory & logistics tasks
• Master the use of e-commerce inventory & logistics software such as Ship Station and Finale Inventory

• Frequently climb up and down ladder
• Constantly stand/walk on concrete floor
• Frequently lift packages weighing up to 40lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Interested in working in a small business, start‑up environment with a small team

• Background check prior to starting
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in business operations preferred
• Verbal and written comprehension of the English language is required
