Senior Revenue & Billing Analyst - Construction

Hybrid position out of Murrieta CA.

Join a high-growth professional services organization where your work directly supports project teams and executive leadership. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Senior Revenue & Billing Analyst to manage complex invoicing, contracts, and accounts receivable processes in a fast-paced environment.

• Own monthly invoicing and maintain accurate AR ledgers
• Review contracts, POs, and change orders to ensure proper project setup and billing accuracy
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies
• Partner with Project Managers on invoice status and revenue tracking
• Reconcile account balances, audit expenses, and support financial reporting
• Assist with audits and contract close-outs

• 4+ years of high-volume billing experience
• Experience with integrated accounting systems (e.g., Deltek, MAS
  200, Great Plains)
• Solid understanding of general ledger entries and revenue processes
• Highly organized, analytical, and collaborative
• Construction or professional services industry experience is a plus.
