As we expand our footprint in Murrieta/Temecula Valley, California, we are seeking an experienced CPA Manager to help build and support our presence in Murrieta/Temecula Valley.

This is an ideal opportunity for a technically strong, self-directed professional who enjoys ownership of client relationships, mentoring team members, and working across the full lifecycle of accounting and tax engagements.
* What You’ll Do
* As a Manager at SKC, you will own client engagements from start to finish, including:

Managing the full client accounting and tax cycle—from bank reconciliations through financial reporting, tax projections, and tax preparation

Preparing and reviewing business and individual tax returns

Serving as the primary point of contact for client relationships

Providing proactive tax planning and strategic guidance

Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of client deliverables

Mentoring and supporting less experienced team members

Collaborating with partners and team members to continuously improve processes and client experience

Leveraging technology to increase efficiency and enhance service delivery

*** Experience & Credentials
** Active CPA license required
10+ years of progressive public accounting experience

Strong technical expertise in accounting and California state taxation

Demonstrated experience managing engagements independently
