Accounting Manager

Part-time Description. Are you a detail-driven accounting professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and making an impact behind the scenes? We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support the financial operations of our Probate and Estate Planning department. In this role, you will play a key part in managing collections, monitoring cash flow, reviewing invoices, and ensuring the accuracy of trust account activity.

We are looking for someone who is analytical, organized, and naturally inquisitive — someone who enjoys identifying inefficiencies, improving processes, and helping keep financial operations running smoothly and effectively. • Manage collections
• Monitor cash flow
• Review invoices
• Ensure the accuracy of trust account activity

• Bachelor''s degree in a Finance or Accounting major (preferred)
• Experience in a service-based industry; law firm experience preferred
• Experience with Quick Books (preferred)
• Experience with CMS (preferred)
• Reliable transportation to Murrieta (required)
• Demonstrates a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates natural inquisitiveness and a focus on identifying opportunities for efficiencies
• Strong analytical thinking skills
