The Role:

We are seeking a Full-Time Office Assistant to support our administrative team. This role will primarily assist the Quality & Compliance Manager, provide general administrative support, and help with day-to-day office activities and phone support. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position ideal for someone who enjoys variety and stays organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Quality & Compliance Manager with administrative tasks
  • Answer incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Support tracking Google Reviews
  • Perform clerical and organizational tasks for the admin team
  • Create and post content across the company's social media platforms
  • Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments and inquiries
  • Book travel and assist with company events
  • Track office supplies inventory
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills (required)
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Integrity and ability to follow direction
Requirements
  • Administrative and/or clerical experience preferred (not required)
  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools preferred
  • Comfortable with technology and office systems
  • Experience with Microsoft applications preferred
