Receptionist
Location: Murrieta, CA
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 9:30 AM-2:30 PM | Monday - Friday

- Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Experience answering and routing multi-line phone systems.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain organized in a busy office environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and email.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently while supporting a team.
- Experience handling mail distribution, office equipment, and general clerical tasks is a plus.
- Greet visitors, customers, vendors, and guests while providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming front office environment.
- Answer and direct incoming multi-line phone calls to the appropriate departments and team members.
- Provide professional customer service by phone and in person, responding to inquiries and assisting visitors.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, distribute correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail shipments.
- Monitor and manage postage meter usage, ensuring mail is charged to the appropriate accounts.
- Maintain an organized reception area and assist with general administrative and clerical support.
- Distribute newspapers, deliveries, and office communications as needed.
- Assist with additional front office and administrative duties assigned by management.
