Overview
Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Scheduler at the Murrieta site (25405 Hancock Ave, Ste 110, Murrieta, CA 92562). Responsible for front‑desk operations, patient check‑in, appointment management, and overall patient experience.
Shift: Monday‑Friday, 8:30AM – 5PM (occasional weekends). Compensation: $20‑$25/hr, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Support site leadership and research team on various projects.
- Manage front desk operations, including patient check‑in, communications, and general administrative support.
- Answer phones and manage clinic appointments, interacting with internal staff, patients, and vendors.
- Prepare and maintain patient charts and documentation.
- Ensure exam rooms are ready and stocked throughout the day.
- Request and manage medical records requests.
- Make phone calls to patients for appointment reminders and as needed.
- Assist in event planning.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, following through on issues in a timely manner.
- Perform occasional local pickups or deliveries as needed.
- Order and manage site supplies and assist with basic procurement needs.
- Sort and deliver mail.
- Manage invoices, receipts, and patient reimbursements.
- Schedule maintenance as needed.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
- Minimum education:
High School Diploma or Associate's Degree. - Medical office administrative experience preferred.
- Medical assisting experience a plus.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, quality, and communication skills (written and oral).
- Takes initiative, is a team player, and can adapt well to a changing environment.
- Strong decision‑making skills and attention to detail.
