Job Title: Communications Operator
Location: Murrieta, CA
Job Type: Contract (6 Months)
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Communications Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing high-volume phone lines, coordinating communication across departments, and supporting dispatch operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage multiple incoming phone lines efficiently
Dispatch calls and relay critical information accurately
Provide clear and professional communication with staff and callers
Maintain accurate records and logs of communications
Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and tracking
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience handling multiple phone lines required
Dispatch experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work weekends and overnight shifts
Schedule:
Training:
Day Shift: Sunday Thursday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (3 weeks)
Swing Shift: Tuesday Friday (2 weeks)
Assigned Shift (anticipated):
Graveyard Shift: Thursday Monday, 11:00 PM 7:30 AM
Additional Details:
No on-call or callback requirements
6-month contract assignment
