• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert guidance on materials and layouts.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee subcontractors and coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality workmanship.
• Conduct site assessments and measurements to ensure accurate project planning.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

• Proven experience in bathroom and kitchen remodeling, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Certification in remodeling or construction-related fields is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a passion for home renovation and design.
