Requirements:
Two references must be from an evaluating administrator or supervisor.
• Played Lacrosse at the High School and/or Collegiate Level Preferred.
• Coach Lacrosse at the High School and/or Collegiate Level For 2 Years Preferred.

If selected to coach, the following items will be required prior to clearance:
* THE COACH ONBOARDING PROCESS MUST BE COMPLETED ONE MONTH FROM THE TIME YOU ACCEPT THE OFFER OR THE OFFER WILL BE RESCINDED.
1) TB/Drug Screening within 5 days of offer.
2) Live Scan Fingerprinting
3) Attain the "Fundamentals of Coaching Certificate" through the NFHS website $50.
5) Valid CPR & First Aid prior to start date.
6) Completion of Keenan Safe Schools online training modules.
7) Create Home Campus website to upload all certificates into. CPR and First Aid Certifications must be from an American Heart Association or American Red Cross Approved, in-person course. No online certificates will be accepted. Letter of Introduction Letter(s) of Recommendation (letter from an evaluating administrator.) Other (Completed CIF approved coaching class required if hired.) Resume
