Admin Support Staff

Kiddie Academy in Murrieta, California is currently seeking a dedicated and organized fully qualified preschool teacher to fill the role of Admin Support Staff member. This pivotal position will involve supporting teacher schedules and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

• Provide support to teaching staff during 10‑minute breaks.
• Assist teaching staff with lunch breaks.
• Ensure that teachers adhere to their schedules for timely breaks.
• Maintain classroom ratios.
• Ensure compliance with KA Health and Safety Standards in the classroom.
• Support the admin team in their daily tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or early education‑related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in classroom management and customer service, familiar with Title 22 regulations.
• Proven track record in customer service and problem‑solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Knowledgeable in safety protocols.
• Applicants must be fully qualified with Admin Units to be considered for this role.
